South Africa stand-in captain JP Duminy won the toss and opted to field in the first T20I against India at the New Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg. For India, seasoned middle-order batsman Suresh Raina has returned in the team. Pacer Jaydev Unadkat also made it to the playing XI after chinaman Kuldeep Yadav got injured in the last ODI game.
