The Delhi government has cancelled the licence of Max Hospital for wrongly declaring a newborn baby 'dead'. Delhi resident Ashish Kumar's wife gave birth to twins last week and the hospital informed the relatives the relatives that the babies were stillborn. However, while going to cremate the twins, the parents detected life in one of the babies and rushed to the nearest hospital.
